Get ready as WTA and ATP stars are set to compete for equal prize money on the historic grass courts.

Below are a few things you need to know to prepare for your time in Newport.

⟨ BIKING TO THE ITHF ⟩

Thanks to our friends at Bike Newport getting to the Cerity Partners Hall of Fame Open has never been easier!

Skip the parking hassles – and score premiere parking – when you bike to the Cerity Partners Hall of Fame Open. Bike racks will be located at 19 Memorial Boulevard for fans who wish to bike to the event.

⟨ PARKING & TRANSPORTATION ⟩

Parking in Newport is limited. We recommend parking at the Newport Gateway Transportation Center, 23 America’s Cup Avenue and taking the RIPTA trolley #67 to the main entrance of the International Tennis Hall of Fame, which leaves every 15-20 minutes.

When you board the trolley, you will need to take a “rider voucher” which will entitle you to park for the full day for $5. You will need this voucher AND parking ticket when exiting the parking garage at the end of the day.

After the tennis matches, board trolley #67 at the Bellevue Avenue entrance of the International Tennis Hall of Fame to return back to the Gateway Transportation Center where you will give your parking pass and voucher to the attendant when leaving the garage.

⟨ VENUE ENTRANCE & EXIT ⟩

The Main Entrance is located on Memorial Boulevard. This is where the Box Office and Customer Service will be located.

If you already have your tickets, you can also enter via the Bellevue Avenue entrance.

If you plan on returning to the same session, be sure to receive a hand stamp at the exit for re-entry at either gate.

With the help of our official sustainability partner, 11th Hour Racing, the Cerity Partners Hall of Fame Open is implementing strategies to enhance the tournament's environmental sustainability and educate and encourage fans to make personal behavioral changes to protect and restore ocean health. 

There are several easy ways you can help us go green:

Visitors are encouraged to bring reusable drinkware and utilize water refilling stations around the grounds and dispose of waste in designated recycling and composting bins. Members of our team will be stationed at each waste station and can help you ensure you are composting and recycling the proper items.

Reusable Cup Program: Our tournament cups are eco-friendly, once you're finished, simply place your cup into the designated cup return stations located throughout the site.

⟨ EXPLORE THE MUSEUM ⟩

Your ticket grants you access to explore the museum at the International Tennis Hall of Fame! Take a break from the sun and check out our latest exhibit Transcending Tennis, Roger Federer's Path to Greatness. This new immersive museum experience takes you through Roger Federer's Hall of Fame career!

Guided Tours: Join us for a guided tour of the museum, available each day at 2:00 pm.

Access to the museum is available from:
Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - closes after the last match

⟨ SECURITY PROCEDURES ⟩

All individuals will go through a screening process before entering the property, including a metal detector and wand. All individuals are subject to the reasonable search of the holder's person and belongings for prohibited items. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid delays.

• There is a limit of 1 small bag per person admitted onto the grounds. Bags may not exceed 18" x 15" x 12".
• All bags are subject to visual search.
• There is no bag or stroller storage on-site.

Empty reusable bottles are welcome. Water filling stations are available on property.

Any items deemed dangerous will not be allowed on site. The Cerity Partners Hall of Fame Open is not responsible for items that are removed. Please leave anything that might be unsafe in your vehicle.

⟨ RAIN/CANCELLATION POLICY ⟩

We will not officially cancel any play until we are certain that no tennis can be played for the day. Please stay tuned to our website, social media, and your email inbox for real-time updates.

No refunds or exchanges. By purchasing a ticket, you assume the risk of weather-related cancellation or postponement. One completed match on Stadium Court will constitute a complete session.

If a session is canceled before the completion of one match on Stadium Court, ticket holder is entitled to a (1) ticket to the same tournament session the following year. Ticket availability, exchange of equal value or comparable seat location is not guaranteed. No refunds or credits.

The schedule of tournament play is subject to change for all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange due to one or more changes in the schedule of play.

The following ticket types are NOT eligible for redemption the following year:

· Any series ticket or week-long box tickets

· Any ticket received on a complimentary or trade basis

· Any hospitality ticket (Legends Lounge, 1881 Club, etc.)

· Any transferred ticket, sent or received

Go cashless and enjoy a seamless and speedy transaction process, allowing you to stay fully immersed in the tennis action without any interruptions. While most of our vendor stands will be cashless, please be aware that some will still accept cash payments for your convenience.

A variety of delicious food and beverages, including alcoholic options, will be available at convenient walk-up concession stands throughout the venue. If your looking for more dining options please consider upgrading with an 1881 Club add-on!
